Nos gelées de cépage Bio sont nées d’une collaboration entre la Maison Goubet et le Chef Stéphan Perotte, élu meilleur confiturier de France et champion du monde de la confiture. Tous deux sont labellisés Producteurs Artisans de Qualité par le Collège Culinaire de France. Ils ont conjugué leurs savoir-faire uniques pour créer en exclusivité nos gelées de raisin monocépages BIO. Les raisins proviennent de vignes biologiques, pressés à la propriété selon la méthode traditionnelle puis cuits au chaudron.

Ingrédients : Jus de raisin Bio 63%, sucre Bio, jus de citron Bio, pectine de fruit
