Our grape variety jellies line is the result of a collaboration between Maison Goubet and Chef Stéphan Perotte, elected best jam maker in France and Jam artisan world champion. Both are awarded Producteurs Artisans de Qualité by the Collège Culinaire de France. They have combined their unique know-how to create an exclusive grape jelly line. The grapes come from organic vineyards, they are pressed on the property using the traditional method and then cooked in a cauldron.
Ingredients: Grape juice 63%, sugar, lemon juice, fruit pectin.
