50 ml Didier Goubet Sparkling Cabernet
25 ml sparkling water
Preparation:
1/ Fill a wine glass with ice cubes
2/ Verser le Cabernet-Sauvignon pétillant puis l’Apérol
3/ Compléter avec l’eau gazeuse
4/ Garnir d’une tranche d’orange et d’une branche de thym
