100 ml sparkling Semillon
60 ml mango puree
40 ml passion fruit puree
Preparation:
1/ Put a few ice cubes in a glass
2/ Add the mango puree, passion fruit puree and Sémillon Pétillant.
3/ Serve with a bunch of mint
