Ingredients:
750ml Merlot still
75ml Cointreau
Juice of 2 clementines
Lemon and lime peel
1 vanilla pod, halved
6 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anises
Nutmeg, grated 6 times
Preparation:
1/ Gently heat the juice from the clementines with 100ml of Merlot. 100ml de Merlot
2/ Add the spices and peel.
3/ Remove from the heat and add the rest of the merlot. Stir and reheat if necessary
